Summary
For this final episode, Dr. Brian and Fr. Josh welcome Steven and Mauree Brooksher and continue the conversation about “Families on A Mission”! Steven and Mauree discuss what it means to live the Catholic Faith intentionally, learning and growing in faith and accepting God’s call to bring their children along with them. To live as a true disciple of Jesus Christ, faith must be prioritized, and God must come first! As children witness parents prioritizing their lives around God, handing on the faith becomes less about “formal” moments of teaching because it is learned in the informal moments of everyday life. By making Jesus the Lord of our Homes, Jesus will be our solid foundation, strengthening our family bonds, directing our decisions, offering us comfort, leading the way, and offering protection as we journey towards Him and eternity.
